Musina Local Municipality shall adjudicate Tenders in accordance with the Supply Chain Management Policy and the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000.
Tender documents containing the Conditions of Tender will be available from the Cashier, Musina Civic Centre, 21 Irwin Street, as from Wednesday, 9 September 2020, upon a non-refundable fee as indicated above.
The completed Bid documents, fully priced and signed must be sealed in an envelope marked with the “Bid number and description” and must be deposited in the Tender box at the reception of the Civic Centre, 21 Irwin Street, not later than the closing date and time.Tenders will remain valid for 90 (ninety) days
The Council reserves the right to negotiate further conditions and requirements with the successful Tenderer. Musina Local Municipality is not compelled to accept the lowest or any bid.
Kindly note that Bids document will not be opened in public as it involves face to face meeting which is restricted in terms of Disaster Management Act No.57 of 2002 and Government Gazette No.43258 in relation to Covid-19.The municipality will publish the list of all bidders in the municipal website for public

Bids which are late, incomplete, unsigned, completed by pencil, sent by telegraph, facsimile, electronic or E-mailed and without the requirements as indicated in the bid document will be disqualified.
The minimum qualifying score for functionality are as follows:
