Musina Local Municipality shall adjudicate Tenders in accordance with the Supply Chain Management Policy and the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000. Tender documents containing the Conditions of Tender will be available from the Cashier, Musina Civic Centre, 21 Irwin Street, as from Friday, 4th November 2022, upon a non-refundable fee as indicated above.
Prospective bidders are required to submit fully completed, priced, signed and initialled bid documents in a sealed envelope marked with the “Bid number and description”. The bid document must be deposited in the designated Tender box located at the reception area of Musina Local Municipality Civic Centre, 21 Irwin Street, not later than the closing date and time. NB. All prescribed supporting documents bids as specified in the bid document must be attached. No late, faxed or telephonic bids will be accepted. Tenders/Bids will remain valid for 90 (ninety) days.
